Applying Index Keymarks

  1. Place the insertion point anywhere in the paragraph you want to keymark.

  2. From the right mouse button menu, choose Index.

  3. Select the index keymark from the menu.

    Generate/HAND.gif    Note: Instead of keymarking a blank line as IndexAlpha you should keymark the first entry of each letter as IndexAlpha.
